US Missile Strike Near Ahvaz Children's Cancer Hospital Forces Temporary Evacuation

US missiles struck an area near Baqaei Hospital in the Southwestern Iranian city of Ahvaz, triggering panic among patients and prompting the temporary evacuation of children undergoing cancer treatment, hospital staff and local authorities said.
According to local reports, several missiles landed near Baqaei Hospital, where pediatric cancer patients receive chemotherapy. The explosions caused fear and distress among patients and their families, leading medical staff and relatives to begin moving children out of the facility as a precaution.
Authorities said patients would be transferred to alternative medical centers if further treatment became necessary. The powerful blasts and resulting shock were reported to have caused severe anxiety among those inside the hospital, particularly children receiving treatment.
