Senior IRGC Commander: Iran Possesses Undisclosed Underwater Missiles

A senior military advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) and a member of Iran's war room announced that the country possesses a range of advanced underwater missiles and torpedoes with speeds of up to 100 meters per second, capabilities that have yet to be deployed but will be used if necessary.
Brigadier General Ali Fadavi dismissed repeated US claims regarding a decline in Iran's missile capabilities as "nothing but lies," asserting that Washington is well aware that Iran's missile power has not only increased but has reached new levels of precision and destructive capacity, now utilizing smart missiles with heavier, pinpoint-strike warheads.General Fadavi emphasized that Iranian commanders have explicitly stated that no missile with a payload of less than one ton will be fired at enemy targets, marking a qualitative leap in the nation's defense strategy.Fadavi suggested the US is seeking to impose a ceasefire. "Those who are succeeding on their path do not speak of ceasefires," he stated. "It is America, after suffering heavy pressure on the ground, that seeks an end to the conflict, whereas we are tasked with strengthening our military power and will not retreat."The commander highlighted a significant increase in the accuracy of Iranian missiles striking enemy targets in the ongoing conflict, attributing the improvement to innovations in missile systems and the use of larger warheads designed to maximize destruction over wide areas.Fadavi affirmed that Iran's program to develop and upgrade its defense capabilities, including surface-to-surface missiles, sea-based cruise missiles, and land-based cruise missiles, will continue unabated.
