Commander: Iranian Border Security Force Martyred in Clashes with Terrorists
An Iranian soldier was martyred in armed clashes with members of a terrorist group in Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan province.
Brigadier General Reza Shojaee, commander of the border security force in Sistan and Baluchestan province said the terrorists raided the car carrying food for the border forces, in the village of Pashamak near the city of Rask on Sunday night. He added Conscript Mehdi Baluchi, was martyred in the ensuing clashes. Baluchi was a Sunni Baluch and a resident of the city of Nikshahr in Sistan and Baluchestan, Southeastern Iran. The Iranian commander said security forces have launched a manhunt for the terrorists.
