Iran's FM to Visit China in Coming Days
Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araqchi will head to Beijing next week for consultations with senior Chinese officials, as part of a broader diplomatic endeavour to coordinate with key allies amid the negotiations with the United States.
"Next week, I will head to Beijing for consultations with my Chinese counterparts," Iran's foreign minister stated on Friday.Araqchi has just concluded a two-day visit to Moscow, where he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. During the visit, he delivered a message from Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has also said President Putin conveyed substantive messages to Ayatollah Khamenei through Araqchi.
