Iranian Strike Disrupts US AI Command, Data Processing Center

Iranian missile and drone strikes destroyed the US military's AI-based command and data processing center in Bahrain, a facility whose loss affects command-and-control functions, intelligence analysis, and situational awareness for American forces operating across the region.
The destruction of the facility affects the US military's decision-making cycle by disrupting multi-source data processing, sensor intelligence analysis, target prioritization, and operational command support. With the center out of service, part of its data-processing, intelligence analysis, target prioritization, and command-support functions will shift to alternative facilities, increasing response times and reducing the efficiency of the regional command network. The operational impact of the strike is assessed as significant in the short term and is expected to disrupt command processes, intelligence analysis, and operational coordination for several days.In its 25th statement on Operation Nasr-2, the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said it destroyed the US military's main AI center in Bahrain during the 17th wave of the operation. According to the IRGC, the center was used for target selection during US military operations. The IRGC said it struck the facility again during the 19th wave of Operation Nasr-2 with ballistic missiles and drones.
