Iran Army Spokesman Warns US of Wider War if It Launches New Adventure
Iranian Army spokesman Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia has warned that any new US adventure in the region would expand the scope of the war, stressing that its end would not be in the hands of the US president.
ln a post on X on Saturday, Akraminia wrote: “If the US president once again embarks on another adventure in the region under the threat and inducement of the Zionists, the flames of war will undoubtedly engulf a wider geographical area, and its end will not be in his hands.”Akraminia further stressed that, given the US president’s dark record of betraying diplomacy, the Iranian Army is continuously enhancing its combat readiness, undeterred by and indifferent to the enemy’s actions.Over the past year and a half, the United States, at the instigation of and in coordination with the Zionist regime, has launched two full-scale wars against the Islamic Republic of Iran.Both wars took place while Iran and the United States were engaged in negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program.The Iranian Army spokesman added that Iran’s Armed Forces are closely monitoring US movements in the region.
