Iran Offers $30,000 Reward for Capture, Killing of US Forces
The Commander-in-Chief of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran said: The Iranian nation will pay $30,000 for the capture or killing of each American aggressor force.
Major General Amir Hatami, Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Army, stated on Sunday at a Journalists’ Day ceremony: “With the participation of the people, if any Iranian force manages to capture or kill an American aggressor force, they will receive a $30,000 reward from the people of Iran.”In a reciprocal measure, the Islamic Republic of Iran has declared the US Army a terrorist entity.The United States has designated the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC)—which is officially part of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic—as a terrorist organization.This comes despite the fact that the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps has played a unique role in confronting terrorist groups, including ISIS terrorism.
