IRGC Quds Force Commander: Lifting 11-Year Siege of Yemen Just and Humane Demand
The Commander of the IRGC Quds Force of Iran emphasized that ending the 11-year siege of Yemen is a rightful and humane demand for the oppressed people of the country.
Brigadier General Esmail Qa'ani stated that Saudi Arabia is expected to learn from the experience of America's unwise and costly behavior and put an end to the siege of a Muslim nation with a population of over 38 million.Qa'ani said that the expectation of the world's Muslims from Saudi Arabia—which considers itself the servant of the two holy mosques—is that instead of continuing war and pressure against a Muslim and oppressed nation, it should direct its capabilities and resources toward supporting the Palestinian people and confronting the crimes of the Zionist regime. He stressed that striving to save oppressed Gaza is a source of pride, not continuing the siege of the oppressed Yemeni nation.
