Tanker Traffic Through Strait of Hormuz Halted Due to Israeli Strikes on Lebanon

Concurrent with Israel's attacks on Lebanon, the passage of oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz has been halted.
On Wednesday afternoon, tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz came to a complete stop. This happened after Israel violated the terms of the ceasefire and attacked Lebanon. On Wednesday morning, following the acceptance of Iran's conditions by US President Donald Trump and the establishment of a ceasefire, two tankers, having obtained permission from Iran, were able to transit the Strait of Hormuz safely.Halting attacks on the resistance front – including in Lebanon – was among the conditions put forward by Iran in its ten-point plan.Earlier an informed security-military source had told Fars News Agency: "Following continued violations of the temporary ceasefire by the Zionist regime's army against Lebanon and the Islamic resistance in that country, Iran is finalizing plans to conduct a deterrent operation against Israeli military positions in the occupied territories."
