Iran UN Mission: US Complicity in Israeli Aggression Sure Thing
The Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations asserted that the US complicity in the Israeli regime's aggression against Iran is certain, saying that the United States has enabled Israeli airstrikes on Iranian military and radar sites.
In a statement posted on its official X account on Saturday, the mission referred to the Israeli regime's air strikes on some military centers in Iran, noting that Israeli fighter jets conducted these attacks from a location near Iran’s borders.“The airspace utilized for these strikes is under US control,” the statement emphasized, concluding that “US complicity in this aggression is clear.”Iran’s Air Defense Forces reported early Saturday that their integrated defense systems successfully intercepted and countered Israeli strikes aimed at military installations in Tehran, Khuzestan, and Ilam provinces.The strikes caused minimal damage in some areas, with investigations still ongoing, the statement added.In a separate announcement, the Iranian Foreign Ministry condemned the Israeli airstrikes as a blatant violation of international law and the UN Charter, reaffirming Iran’s right to defend itself against foreign aggression.
