IRGC Reaffirms Resolve to Punish Zionist Regime for Syria Strike
Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) emphasized the Zionist regime will face severe punishment for the recent criminal assassination of the Iranian military advisors in Damascus, Syria.
The IRGC issued a statement on Saturday, reassuring the Iranian nation that their brave and zealous sons in “The Islamic Revolution Guards Corps” will meet the national demand to punish the Zionist regime so that the enemies will regret their crimes. Seven Iranian military advisors including two high-ranking commanders with the IRGC Quds Force were martyred in Israel’s missile attack on the Iranian consulate in the Syrian capital on Monday. Also praising the participation of tens of millions of people in the demonstrations on the occasion of the International Quds Day in Iran and other countries, the IRGC said this proves the issue of Palestine remains the first issue of the Muslim world and that of the awakened non-Muslim societies. It reaffirms the righteousness of the Palestinian people including the oppressed Gazans. The IRGC also thanked Iranians for the huge turnout in the funeral processions held for the seven Iranian military advisors assassinated in the Israeli regime’s raid in Damascus.
