Ayatollah Khamenei Says Israel to Regret its Crime Following Deadly Strike on Iran Mission in Syria
Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, in a message on the occasion of the martyrdom of Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi and a number of his comrades by the usurping hated Zionist regime, warned we will make them regret committing this crime and the likes of that.
Ayatollah Khamenei added in his message that the evil Zionist regime will be punished by the brave Iranian men. Seven Iranian military advisors including two high-ranking commanders of the Resistance Front were martyred on Monday evening in a missile strike by the Zionist regime on the Iranian consulate in the Syrian capital, Damascus. The Israeli missile attack, waged from the occupied Golan Heights, targeted the Iranian consulate in Damascus, reducing the building to rubble. The Leader reiterated, by God’s will, we will make them regret this crime and others like that, the evil Zionist regime will pay for their crimes. Ayatollah Khamenei also praised the character of General Zahedi particularly for his struggles during the imposed war of the 1980s.
