Gov't Spokeswoman: Negotiation Table Bombed by US

Iranian Government Spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani lashed out at the United States for bombing the negotiation table.
In response to a question regarding negotiations with Washington, Mohajerani told reporters on Tuesday if Iran were not seeking dialogue, it would not have initiated the negotiation path before the 12-day war.She said Iran has not sent any message to the other party, adding that the Iranian nation seeks dialogue and will cooperate on the condition that the dialogue is honorable and without dictation.
Tehran and Washington had held five rounds of indirect talks on Iran’s nuclear program before Israel unleashed a war on the Islamic Republic, which included strikes on Iranian nuclear sites.Mediated by Oman, the 6th round of talks was planned to be held in Muscat, but was called off due to the Israeli raids.Instead of condemning the terror act, the US attacked three Iranian nuclear facilities—an action which was described by Tehran as betrayal to diplomacy.Iranian officials have emphasized that if the American side shows its readiness for a fair and balanced accord based on mutual interests, Tehran will definitely consider the issue.
Iran will negotiate on an equal footing and under conditions that preserve the dignity of the Iranian people, Mohajerani stated.
