700 Mercenaries Working for Israel Captured in Iran Throughout 12-Day War
Iranian authorities captured 700 mercenaries of Israel throughout the 12-day war between the Zionist regime and Tehran, according to a report by Fars News Agency on Wednesday.
“The mercenaries, who mainly operated in the framework of espionage and sabotage networks, were identified and detained based on public reports and intelligence operations,” the report read.
Since the onset of the Zionist regime's war on Iran, the security agents have captured several Mossad operatives in separate operations that also led to the confiscation of large amounts of explosives, remote controls and spying equipment.Moreover, several workshops producing suicide drones linked to the Israeli secret service have discovered by Iran intelligence agents across the country.Iran's Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei has assured swift trials for people captured on suspicion of collaborating with Israel as the regime's onslaught against the country continues.
The arrests of Israeli agents have been made across Iran, according to FNA, including in Kermanshah, Isfahan, Khuzestan, Fars, and Lorestan provinces. Authorities have not yet published details on the number of Israeli spies captured in the capital Tehran, the news outlet reported.
