Iran President: Al-Aqsa Storm Disrupted Israel, Allies' Calculations

Iranian President Ebrahim Rayeesi said the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by Palestinians has disrupted the Zionist regime and its supporters' calculations and imaginations vis-à-vis the normalization with Israel.
President Rayeesi, in a speech among a group of Pakistani scientific, cultural, religious and economic elites in the city of Lahore, added the Zionists and their supporters thought, through normalization of ties between some Islamic states and Israel, they can sideline Israel's history of destruction, killings and usurpation. The Iranian president referred to the operation Al-Aqsa Storm by Palestinian resistance groups against Israel in early October last year, saying the operation marked an intelligence, military, security and above all strategic failure for the Zionist regime and its supporters. Regarding the ongoing Israeli onslaught against the Gaza Strip, that has left more than 34,000 Palestinians dead, Rayeesi said no one can talk about normalization with the Zionist regime as the Israeli officials and their American supporters are hatred by the public opinion worldwide. He also praised the Pakistani people's support for Palestinians. Heading a high-ranking political and economic delegation, President Rayeesi arrived in Islamabad on Monday. The Iranian president has held talks with Pakistan's prime minister and president among other officials of the country.
